v0.8.0 Update Patch Notes

Hello Villains! 😈

A new update of Supervillain Wanted, v0.8.0, has been released!!

Please update to the latest version to enjoy everything to the fullest!

(Please note that the new version will be distributed sequentially via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store during the update period.)

 Main Additions & Changes

1) 7-Day Attendance Renewal

The 7-day Attendance Book for new users has been renewed.

Rewards for each day have been increased compared to the previous version.

2) 30-Day Attendance Added

After completing the 7-day Attendance Book, the 30-day Attendance Book will appear.

Completing the 30-day Attendance will reward you with one Legendary Villain.

3) Talent Performance Enhancement

DPS (Damage Per Second) has been improved for all Talent types: STR, DEX, INT, and WIS.

New passive effects are added when Villain Talent stats reach C / B / A / S / SS ranks:

STR: Basic ATK DMG / HP Recovery

DEX: Physical DMG / Ignores enemy basic ATK DMG Reduction

INT: Magic DMG / Ignores enemy Skill DMG Reduction

WIS: Skill DMG / Anti-barrier

Increases in Talent rank will enhance these passive effects.

4) Combat Balance Adjustments

Villains with Magic skills now apply basic attacks as Magic DMG.

This makes it easier to clear "Physical Immunity Stages" in the Elemental Rift.

Monsters with barriers will not take damage until the barrier is destroyed.

5) Improved Game Tutorial

A Villain rescue story has been added at the beginning of the game.

(This does not affect gameplay for existing characters who have already completed the tutorial.)

Other Additions & Changes

1. Interface Improvements

1) Villain/Sidekick UI/UX Improvements

You can now deploy and recall Villains and Sidekicks immediately without interacting with the Team list.

2) Magic Skill Villains

Damage font has been updated to distinguish between Magic and Physical damage:

Orange: Physical Damage

Blue: Magic Damage

3) Talent Stats Display

Talent effects now display stats more accurately with numbers.

Example:

Before: Physical DMG increased.

After: Physical DMG increased by 0.5%.

Additional damage from Talent effects will now be shown separately during combat for easier understanding.

4) Mail

Purchased items will now be delivered to your Mailbox.

A shortcut to the Mail menu will appear after making a purchase.

2. New Items Added & Discontinued Sales

1) Added: 3 Legendary Villain Growth Packages

- Legendary Villain Arkeon Growth Booster Package

- Legendary Villain Moira Growth Package

- Legendary Villain Papilona Growth Package

Available when you own or first obtain each respective Legendary Villain.

2) Added: Epic Villain Isabella Package (Surprise Deal)

Appears after clearing Stage 35.

3) Added: 12 New Battery Surprise Packages

- Battery Surprise Packages appear when you reach new Gear Slot Machine levels from Lv 4 to Lv 8.

- Diamond-purchasable Battery Surprise Packages appear from Lv 8 to Lv 19.

While the Diamond price remains the same, the number of Batteries increases with each higher level.

4) Limited-Time Sale: Winter Festival Costumes

'Jingle Bell Chic' and 'Frosty Fighter' costumes are available!

Sale Ends: 2024-12-31 23:59:59 UTC

No purchase limits; duplicate purchases can be checked under Airship → Costume Wardrobe → Storage.

5) Limited-Time Sale: Sidekick Capsules

Unlock Requirement: Clear Stage 55 to purchase Sidekick Capsules.

Sale Ends: 2024-12-31 23:59:59 UTC

Details:

Sidekicks obtained from these Capsules are on-chain items.

They can be used in-game immediately.

Newly obtained Sidekicks have a 7-day export restriction to prevent system abuse.

Important:

All valid Sidekick Capsules are off-chain items.

NFT Capsules distributed in the first half of 2024 can no longer be used.

6) Discontinued: Carrot Fighter Costume Package

Removed from the Shop.

7) New "Gear Slot Machine Pass" Sale

The Gear Forge Pass has been removed and replaced with three new Gear Slot Machine Passes.

If you previously purchased the Gear Forge Pass, it remains usable until the expiration date.

Repurchase will not be possible after the period ends.
