😈 Hello Villains!
Here we are with another major update to Supervillain Wanted — SYSTEM OVERDRIVE.
Since the official launch, the Supervillain Wanted team has been steadily expanding the game’s universe, systems, growth mechanics, and competitive features.
The SYSTEM OVERDRIVE update brings a sweeping overhaul: world unification, a reimagined growth loop, and all-new content. This marks a new chapter in the game’s journey.
1. Item Name Changes
To unify the in-game universe and streamline content, several item names have been changed
🔹Battery → Meat
🔹Villain Serum → Hyper Juice
🔹Talent Stone → Star Dice
🔹Nexus Chip → Red Dust
🔹Gold Rush Ticket → Golden Key
🔹Battery Raid Ticket → Torch
🔹Ruby → Red Crystal
🔹Sapphire → Blue Crystal
🔹Emerald → Green Crystal
🔹Topaz → Light Crystal
🔹Amethyst → Dark Crystal
2. New Items Added & Old Items Removed
🔹Medals have been removed and replaced by Villain Stamps, which are used for promotions and in the new “Ability Enhancement” system that will be covered later in this write.
🔹Time Acceleration Tickets have been deleted. Any held tickets have been converted into Time Acceleration Boxes, which can be opened for Red Dust.
3. Gear Slot Machine Changes
🔹The former Gear Slot Machine has become “Exploration,” where Villains are sent out to retrieve Gear and other items.
🔹Villains need Meat to be sent out to Explorations. Meat can be collected from Beast Hunt dungeons by consuming Torches to hunt wild animals.
4. Rift Content Overhaul
🔹Rift has been revamped and is now called ‘Sector Invasion’.
🔹First-time clears reward Meat, Gold and Baby Sidekick Eggs.
🔹Mining is now called “Inspection,” offering loot boxes containing Crystals, Hyper Juice, Star Dice, Gold, Meat, Villain Stamps, Red Dust, and more.
5. Operation Changes
🔹Time Heist content has been removed and replaced with Red Dust Raid.
🔹Operation: Hero Base Invasion added, where players invade hero bases to earn Captain EXP.
🔹Players are matched to appropriate difficulty levels based on progression.
6. Nexus Research Changes
🔹Nexus Research is now called “Ability Enhancement.”
🔹The number of unlockable nodes has tripled, and nodes are unlocked with Red Dust and Villain Stamps.
🔹All former Nexus Research progress has been reset in the course of this update, and costs spent are refunded with a 10% bonus in Red Dust.
7. Talent System Overhaul
🔹Talent Upgrades now boost basic Villain stats instead of just Villain damage.
🔹Existing Talent levels are preserved; balance remains unchanged.
🔹‘Ability Enhancement’ now allows percentage-based growth for each villain’s potential, linking the two systems.
8. Monster Re-balancing
🔹Monster HP and ATK have been increased to match the expanded Ability Enhancement nodes.
9. Captain Stats Overhaul
🔹Stat descriptions now clearly state whether they affect Villains or Captains.
🔹Double Damage has been removed, keeping only Double Attack.
🔹Triple and Quadruple Attack added
🔹Additional health regeneration and Touch Attack stats added.
10. Airship Bombardment Automation
🔹Airship Bombardment can now be automated.
🔹Purchasing the ad removal product enables automatic bombardment.
11. Training Overhaul
Training stat structure and growth have been rebalanced for better progression.
New training stats include
🔹Touch (Drone) Attack
🔹Touch (Drone) DMG Amplify
🔹Captain Crit DMG(Captain Crit DMG)
🔹Accuracy
🔹Triple/Quadruple ATK Rate
🔹HP Bonus
🔹Additional HP Regen
12. Villain Skill Damage Adjustment
🔹Villain skills now scale more with Ascend, increasing damage by approximately 5–30%.
13. Costume Owned Effect improved
🔹Weapons: Final damage increase
🔹Outfit/Head: Captain final damage increase
14. Hall of Fame Added
🔹The first player to reach certain milestones in Stage, Tower, or Captain level is recorded permanently.
🔹When a milestone is reached, all players on the server receive Diamonds.(by claim)
🔹On existing servers, it is not possible to identify the first player to reach past milestones, so Red Dazzi is recorded instead and players can receive rewards.
15. DPS Ranking Changes
🔹DPS Ranking is now the “Schrödingiyoung Challenge.”
🔹No tickets are required; records can be updated unlimited times until the ranking period ends.
🔹Rewards are given to the top 100, with separate weekly and daily rewards.
16. Realm Ranking Added
🔹“Challenge: Ultimate Villain!” is a new large-scale competitive content.
🔹For this competitive content, multiple servers have been grouped into Realms.
🔹Rankings are tracked by Realm, not Server.
🔹To help players easily identify which Realm they belong to, server names will be updated: S1 Mizuki, S2 Arkeon... S9 Azazel → WW 1-1, WW 1-2... WW 1-9, all of which are now part of the WW1 Realm (WW stands for Worldwide).
🔹Rewards are given to the top 500 daily (Diamonds and Trade Seals) and top 50 weekly (Sidekicks, with Legendary Sidekicks for 1st–3rd place).

17. Captain Rank Names Changed
🔹Captain Ranks are now named company job titles (Intern, Staff, Manager, etc.) instead of commonly used tier names (Iron, Bronze, Silver, etc.) to reflect the Supervillain Company concept.
18. Chat Channel Separation & Movement
🔹Players can now gather in specific chat channels.
🔹Entering sleep mode automatically leaves the chat channel; returning assigns a random channel.
19. Daily Mission Overhaul & Achievements Added
🔹Daily missions have been updated for new content.
🔹Achievements and repeatable missions have been added.
20. Pass Name Changes
🔹The Battery Pass is now the Meat Pass.
21. Pass Rewards Added
🔹Immediate rewards are now given upon purchasing a pass.
🔹Players who already purchased a pass will receive rewards via in-game mail.
22. Boss Monster Damage Bug Fix
🔹Fixed a bug where some boss monsters dealt 2–5 times intended damage.
23. Other Improvements
🔹Various UI polish
🔹Added slow-motion effects when clearing stages and dungeons
🔹Villain detail page overhaul
🔹Heat and frame rate optimization
🔹Fixed errors when exiting sleep mode
The SYSTEM OVERDRIVE update marks the first step toward the next phase of Supervillain Wanted. With enhancements across the universe, systems, growth, and competition, the game is truly living up to the name “Villain Company.”
