Hello Villains,

These are the patch notes for hotfix v0.13.3, released as an urgent response to the issue where many players reported their Villains dealing no damage in certain battles.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and thank you for your patience while we addressed it.


Damage Formula Error Fix

In the recent RE:STRUCTURE update (v0.13.1), major changes were made to the combat formulas—especially to enhance the strategic value of Accuracy and Penetration. 

However, during this process, overflow and underflow errors were unintentionally introduced, which we missed during the code review. 

As a result, damage was sometimes displayed as 0 in specific cases. The problem was that this overlapped with normal "Evade" or "Block" situations, making all outcomes appear the same in the UI—simply “0”.

Players were unable to tell why the damage was 0, which seriously undermined trust and strategic clarity during combat.

✅ This hotfix reviews and corrects the formula, and now accurate damage will be calculated based on each scenario.

✍️ In the next update, we plan to further separate feedback labels like "Miss", "Block", "Resist", etc., so that players can easily understand what stats to improve.


Other Fixes

Sidekick Effect Display Error

In the last v0.13.1 update, the Sidekick effects have been changed to apply to all Villains in the Team to maximize the value of Sidekicks, but the UI incorrectly stated it was only for the “equipped Villain.” This has now been fixed.

Sector Transition Overlay Bug

If you entered a dungeon while progressing through the Adventure stage and a sector transition occurred at that moment, the transition overlay would remain stuck on-screen after exiting the dungeon. This has been resolved.

Incorrect Talent Stone Cost for Wood Villains

In the v0.13.1 update, we expanded the Talent enhancement cap to boost Villain power. However, during this process, the Talent stone cost for Wood Villains was mistakenly set higher than intended.

We have now corrected the cost to match the original balance design. As a result, players who used more Talent stones than intended will be compensated for the difference accordingly. Additional announcements will follow.

Profile Popup Issue

Selecting an unclaimed portrait would cause the popup to not close properly. This has been corrected.

Combat formula systems are at the heart of gameplay, and their clarity and stability are of utmost importance. This issue arose due to the complexity of formulas, limited testing resources, and lack of consistent feedback in the UI.

We take this seriously, and from now on, we will implement stricter formula testing and improved feedback design.
