Hello, Villains!

This is Lucas, CEO and Co-Founder of Supervillain Labs.

The big day has finally arrived—our Full Launch, v1.0.0, is now live.


As we mentioned in the RE:STRUCTURE update, our top priority has been to build a solid and exciting gameplay experience: from motivation structure and growth feedback to metagame systems and progression flow. It was a massive overhaul, so we split the work into two phases—and with today’s update, that journey is complete.

We hope this full rebuild sets the foundation for a richer experience, welcomes more Villains into the game, and helps Supervillain Wanted thrive in the long run.

To celebrate the launch, we’re also kicking off a special collaboration with the beloved Japanese anime I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level.

Main Update Features

1. 🧪 Slime 300 x Supervillain Wanted Collaboration

A special collaboration event is being held between Supervillain Wanted and the hit TV anime 'I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level Season 2,' which is based on the best-selling light novel series with over 3 million copies sold!

🔹Event Period: Apr 18 - May 15, 2025

🔹Collab Captain: ‘Azusa’ joins as a new Captain during the collab event period.

🔹6 New Collab Villains: 6 characters from Slime 300 join the world of Supervillain Wanted as Legendary Villains.

🔹3 Collab exclusive Challenge Dungeons & Ranking rewards: Unique Challenge Content and server ranking competitions begin,

🔹Collab Shop and Exchange shop: A variety of items can be exchanged using collab-exclusive resources.

🔹Collab Exclusive Costumes: Different Collab costumes are available during the event period.

- The Ruler of Slimes(Epic)


2. ⚖ Balance rework

This Balance rework is not just a simple adjustment of numbers, but a comprehensive overhaul that redefines the entire player progression structure and reward system.

1) Increased Villain’s Damage

🔹Doubled all Villain’s Damage. Break through with even more excitement and fun!

2) Villain Grade System and Power balance adjustments

🔹The distribution of Villains was uneven when combining Elements with physical and magical damage types, making it difficult to experiment with different strategies through Villain combinations.

🔹Accordingly, we have revised the Villain Grade system. Some Villains have been upgraded to higher grades. (None of them have been downgraded.) 

🔹Please note that the current Ascension and levels of upgraded Villains remain unchanged.

🔹(Edited Apr 19) Some Villains' Elements changed in this balance rework. The changes were added to the table below.

3) Increased Sector and Area rewards

🔹The rewards for Sectors(every 10th stage) and Areas(every 100th stage) have been greatly increased.

4) Increased ‘First clear reward’ from Tower of the World

🔹The rewards for the first clear of each floor have been increased.

🔹For players who have already cleared the stages, the corresponding rewards have been delivered via in-game mail.

5) Memory Stone Requirement and Supply Adjustment

🔹To help players avoid getting stuck during certain growth phases, we have rebalanced by lowering the requirements and increasing the supply of Memory Stones.

🔹As the required amount has been significantly reduced, the remaining amount of Memory Stones you possess will also be adjusted accordingly to match the reduction rate.


3. 🛠 System Expansion and New Feature Implementation

With this update, we have completely expanded the existing system and added new growth routes and farming structures

1) Cooking system level expansion(12 to 20)

🔹The maximum level of the existing Cooking system has been expanded, and the Summon rates of villains at each Cooking level have been increased.

🔹Current Cooking levels will be adjusted to match the expanded level system (they will not be lowered).

2) Fusion System Expansion

🔹By Fusing Villain Shards, you can acquire Memory Stones and Elemental Stones(used in the Crystal Forge) .

3) Team Level System Implemented

🔹Team Level is now determined based on your Captain level and the levels of the Villains placed in your Team.

🔹Based on your Team Level, you can identify appropriate Dungeons and Bosses. If your Team Level is lower than the boss level, your damage will be reduced.

4) Added Boss Level Display Feature

🔹The level of the Boss appearing in each stage or content is now clearly displayed, allowing you to more intuitively assess the difficulty of battles.

5) Expansion of Villain Ascension Levels for All Grades (19 → 20) and Changes to Villain Requirements per Ascension Step

🔹With the overall adjustment of Villain Grades, the Ascension Levels have been expanded by one additional level.

🔹In addition, with the expansion of Cooking levels and changes to the supply and production balance of various resources, the villain requirements for each Ascension Level have also been adjusted.

🔹Important Note: Current Ascension Levels are preserved.


🐞 Bug Fixes

🔹Fixed an issue where the app would freeze when returning from the background.

🔹Fixed an issue where the displayed timer was not updating even when time-based rewards were available.

🔹Fixed an issue where Villain Skill effects were not displayed correctly.


Known Issues to be fixed

🔹Issue where Villains appear to attack allies(although they are working correctly)

🔹Issue where combat power is updated with a delay after Villains grow.

🔹Issue where certain stats are not displayed correctly in the detailed status window within the profile.

🔹Issue where the "Lv $$" string appears in midair during Story mode progression.

🔹Issue where, in the Collaboration challenge mode ranking, if you are on the podium (top 3) and you "like" yourself, your portrait disappears.(It will display correctly after re-entering the screen.)

We apologize for the issues mentioned above, which were not detected in time. We're working to resolve them as soon as possible.

I still remember the day we first launched Supervillain Wanted last summer.

It’s been quite the journey since then—filled of ups and downs—but we’ve finally arrived at the Full Release, which marks the true beginning of Supervillain Wanted.

And it was all made possible thanks to you—our incredible players—whose gameplay, feedback, support, and heart have shaped this game into what it is today.

Now, the real GAME begins. We’ll continue expanding the universe, adding new systems, and making meaningful improvements—all with your experience at the center.
